Effervescent

Up early - seriously early, like 8am! All to drop the car off along at the local garage.
Up town for lunch but firstly a pop into Northumberland St to meet up with the ever affable GC and chew the fat. And crunch the numbers. Actually, I don’t like fat, and if there are numbers to crunch, he does that. I did crunch one of his choccy biscuits though. And once that was completed we strolled to Nok’s Kitchen down at Duncan’s Land. No fat to chew I’m glad to say but some rather lovely crispy sea bass in Thai red curry. And what huge beers these Thai fellows produce. Once home, I’d to lie down again. These dog days. Every dog has one, I do believe. Yes yes, apart from Ken Dodd’s Dad’s. *groan*
