Decided to head over to the Washington Park Arboretum today, since we were having another gloriously sunny day. Most of the rhododendrons will not bloom for a few months yet but this one was stunning (this rhody is a very tall shrub - the flowers were way over my head). The camellias (extra) are in the middle of their blooming, and the magnolias are just starting to pop. Also, the cherry trees (extra) are just about to hit peak.

The arboretum is a fantastic park with so many different species. There is even a Winter Garden which is full of hellebores and other plants that bloom throughout the winter.

Have a great weekend!
