Globe Gazing

Might have had an hour less in bed, but slept soundly, again :-)

Today has been really spring like, lovely blue skies,sunshine with white fluffy clouds, as you can see from todays blip, through my new crystal globe!  I had my first little play with it in the garden this afternoon. Think I'm going to enjoy using it. 

We went out for a walk this morning, collected the papers, then came home to spend an hour or two doing garden related jobs that needed doing before we fly off to warmer climes. 

The weather brought everyone out in our little cul de sac, it was like insects coming out of the woodwork :-) Our neighbours facing were drinking coffee whilst washing their cars, and kindly offered us one too, which was rather nice of them.  

We had dippy eggs and toast at lunchtime and roast chicken dinner this evening. .....the next couple of days will be using up what we have so as not to throw too much away. 

Just watched Countryfile, they say the weather is set to get colder again after tomorrow, so enjoy whilst it lasts!!
