Hanging out with friends

Today has been quite a day!

G spent the morning tidying up a cupboard in the kitchen whilst I looked at last nights' pictures on my laptop and got some ready to post on Instagram.

In the afternoon, we watched Peter Rabbit! A really fun and light-hearted movie and much needed! We had a little time at home before we were collected by Miriam and her mum. As the weather has cooled down slightly, we thought it's a perfect time to show them the new Al Seef development, so for the second day in a row, we walked along there, enjoying all the views, marvelling at the detail that has gone into the place and generally feeling very lucky to live in Dubai!

We got treated to dinner at a Lebanese-Armenian restaurant and then walked over to the next building for a drink. Unfortunately, the service in the second place was not at all up to par considering they are listed in the Fine Dining section of the Entertainer app. Oh well.
