Every Picture Tells a Story

I wonder if you can tell the story that is being told here?  How about - Santa is running an Uber Bike service in the off season, or, Marc Marquez Alenta came to Newie but in disguise to keep his fans at bay, or Sisters of Crime Bonny and Clydette kidnapped Santa but were caught outside the pub after Bonny's hand got caught in a Chinese lantern.  Well of course none of those are true.  In fact that is Max a photographer for the Newcastle Herald who was doing a shoot for an article about grants offered by Newcastle Council.  See extra if you want to read more from the paper today.
