Braggart

When I passed the inclosure of a local bird fancier, this braggart beauty shook his feathers and made an impressive peacock's fan.
He was moving towards the shadow and it was difficult to find a gap in the tight fence, I had the wrong lens and he fold his feathers back to normal within no time, so this is the best I've gotten.
But no matter what, I like it :-)

We joined a fabulous concert this evening: "Rock meets classic"
Members of famous rockbands played with a brilliant classic orchester some of their best songs:
Francis Rossi from STATUS QUO
John Helliwell & Jesse Siebenberg from SUPERTRAMP
Leo Leoni & Nic Maeder from GOTTHARD
Eric Bazilian from THE HOOTERS
Michael Sadler from SAGA
Famous names :-)
It was very interesting to see their different ways to act with the audience. It was the last gig of the tour so they all were very emotional and crazy.
I knew, that scents are a strong way to the memories, but music is this obviously, too.
When I was young, the music of Supertramp was my daily dose of joy, my companion on a lonly seven week long trip and the first big concert in Munich.... bitter sweet memories :-))
In the extra John Helliwell & Jesse Siebenberg, the cause that I ungently wanted to learn the sax (what I never did) :-D

The Logical Song from Supertramp
When I was young, it seemed that life was so wonderful
A miracle, oh it was beautiful, magical
And all the birds in the trees, well they'd be singing so happily
Oh joyfully, playfully watching me
But then they send me away to teach me how to be sensible
Logical, oh responsible, practical
And they showed me a world where I could be so dependable
Oh clinical, oh intellectual, cynical
There are times when all the world's asleep
The questions run too deep
For such a simple man
Won't you please, please tell me what we've learned
I know it sounds absurd
Please tell me who I am
I said, watch what you say or they'll be calling you a radical
Liberal, oh fanatical, criminal
Won't you sign up your name, we'd like to feel you're Acceptable
Respectable, oh…
