Bus Challenge No 140!

Sacrist’s Gate, Ely Cathedral - c 1325-26

A lovely Spring day of blue skies and sunshine, even if it was only 15 degrees. With M’s local buses running so infrequently, Bus Challenges really are challenging! But I did make it into Ely today where I spent three hours pootling around the market, visiting Oliver Cromwell’s House and popping briefly into the cathedral, which was looking lovely against the blue sky, framed by the fresh green leaves of May...

Total bus journey time = 40 mins

(Extras of the market, Oliver Cromwell’s House, and various views of the cathedral under blue skies - can you spot the singing Blackbird?)

(Thank you for your kind comments and stars, I’ll reply personally once I’m back home and have more time.)
