Family Time

With another sunny day to enjoy, we had a few jobs planned. Jon removed 3 very rotten fence panels from dad's fence, leaving him to creosote the side of his fence. Jon and I went to Jenny's where we did a few more jobs. After lunch we were back at mum's to fit the new fence panels. Jon and Henry did that, then we got our bits loaded in the trailer. We are going back with more (rubbish) than we came down with - that's the problem Jon has when he takes me with him. I acquire stuff which I can see a use for!

We are now at Manda's. We've had a lovely dinner, and a relaxing afternoon in the sun. Tonight we will head home. It will be a long late drive, but it means we will get Bank Holiday Monday at home, and I am already planning the day on the allotment.

It's been a lovely weekend seeing and helping family on both sides. It's important to fit these things in. Hope we can enjoy a day up in Norfolk with the families in June, for Henry's birthday, once Daniel and Mollie are home.
