The stars are back

Last year they returned 28th October - Return of the Darlings, but this year they were a whole week earlier, although only today I've managed a few photos & this was taken from the open window of the spare room, it practically rained for most of the day, hailed too, freezing cold, so I hardly went out! The bird to the left of them is a goldfinch.

I've been packaging my own calendars today for the post. Doing the washing. Cursing at the weather & cursing at my low energy levels. Least Autumnwatch on the Beeb was very good tonight & now I have Allo Allo to watch with coffee & a few chocolates. Ahh, the simple things in life! :) xxx
