The Tulip Lover

I didn't make it to the Arboretum this week to see how the tulips have been faring. They were at peak bloom the last time I visited them, but that already seems like a long time ago. A lot has happened since then.

I've spent more of my time this week on central campus. To my delight, I discovered some lovely tulip beds just below Pattee Library, full of red and yellow flowers.

A chipmunk sat happily among the blooms; next to his (or her) tiny self, they looked like a gigantic Flower Forest.
