Purple Aliens - I Mean Allium - at the Lily Pond

The allium are in fine form at the Arboretum this week, so I visited them again. I love allium. They are so pretty and round and . . . well, they are just so PURPLE, and I adore that color. On this morning, I encountered a whole group of them, looking like a herd of purple aliens, near the lily pond.
