Family Fun

The annual Family Fun Day on the sports ground in the village this afternoon. We popped along for an hour or so at lunchtime and had a burger from our favourite burger van; brioche roll, burger, peanut butter, strawberry jam and chilli sauce. Don't knock it until you've tried it! There were a few stalls and sideshows for the kids, a fancy dress competition, and all the local tractor enthusiasts had brought their machines for display. This well restored Fordson Major reminds me of times on my Aunty's farm as a kid; from the extra I've added you will see they weren't all quite as well looked after.
