Proud as a Peacock

A grand day out with Noni and Helpet57.  We went to Scone Palace where the pottery festival was taking place in the grounds. Being the last of the big spenders I bought a mug!  Some beautiful pieces of pottery but way out of my price range.

I was more interested in watching and listening to the peacocks who just wander around the grounds and pose for the tourists.

I also took some time to wander round the magnificent grounds and nearly got myself lost in the maze .... having no sense of direction can be a real problem at times!
