Not a Castle

Kind of looks the part though, doesn't it? This is all that's left of Stratford Girls School in Lawson, which burnt down in 1980, having been a sanatorium, a pub, a guesthouse, and a functions centre - as well as a girls' school from 1919 to 1961.

I was rather pleased to get a fragment of this evening's gorgeous sunset behind it. I think it's worth a larger look.
