Hot

Today was not as good a day, vertigo-wise, as yesterday, but I had to get out to return those library books and pick up prescriptions at the pharmacy.  It was nice to be in my air-conditioned car, since my apartment had really heated up from the intense sun baking it all morning, and then in air-conditioned buildings.  I was not thrilled to get back and find that my place was still uncomfortable, and it hasn't cooled down.  It's 79 degrees at 7:30 PM and will stay warm all night, so the heat in here will continue to build.  Maybe I'll get lucky and it will rain tomorrow!

This is a quiet courtyard in one of the far-off regions of my apartment building.  I liked the shape of the tree, and there was shade there too.
