Tortoise

Today was spent on Kat's allotment. There was some weeding I could get on with  Later on I took a bib box and collected redcurrants, masses of them. We took a disposable barbecue and enjoyed sitting round for a while eating burgers.

After an evening meal at the flat we returned to the allotment to plant about 50 brassicas that had arrived in the post. She had been worried that the parcel would be delayed over the weekend and the plants would die in transit.

Much watering was done today.

Last job of the day was feeding her friend's young tortoise and leopard gecko.
