Dragonfly

This pretty blue dragonfly refused to land.  I stood still and it flew around me for about 5 minutes .  So I decided to try to capture it in flight.  Easier said than done!!  In a few shots I could tell it was a dragonfly but it was nowhere near in focus.  I decided to use one of them as the basis for today's abstract.  So, with a little fartnarkling, this is the result.  I couldn't come up with a way to make it look festive, though.  Many thanks to Ingeborg for hosting Abstract Thursdays!!
