Rush hour in the city centre

so no one bothers to stop and look at the fountains (described by one mayor as old men peeing) as they are intent on getting home. The water edges have no barrier so blind people have a problem... Let's hope the new mayor (we are the only city who have elected to vote for one) has his head screwed on and can correct some of the ghastly things the Council have done as well as put some sense into what should be done in future
