MM - Joint.....

The MM theme this week is "joint", but in my entry you have several   - according to Google we have 30 joints in the feet and more than 100 muscles. It's no wonder when our feet ache that we really know about it.  

I went out early looking for Kingfishers but it was a no show and not much else showed either,  the light was quite poor and apart from a pretty little Tern I didn't see much so I came home and blipped my feet.
