Cousins

Today we spent the whole day in Norwich shopping. At around 2pm Mollie and I met up with my sister and her two youngest at the Cathedral refectory. Jon and the boys continued to shop. Meanwhile my eldest nephew and his dad spent a big chunk of the day at the UEA open day.

Once everyone had finished all they needed to do, having spent a fair amount of money, we all met for a drink, before embarking on a mammoth photo session in the grounds of the cathedral. I had taken my tripod specifically and we took various combinations of family, boys, girls, cousins, all of us, mum and dad on their own....you get the drift. It took us about half an hour. This photo, however, was the very first one, of over 100, and I think it is stunning. The cousins don't get together very often, so it has been a lovely day.

From there we went to the Ali Tandoori on Madalen Street for a curry. They had a table ready for us, and we enjoyed a lovely meal.

We parted company with Manda and the gang as they had a long drive back to Ware. We are home now, and I couldn't resist checking my photos straight away. Some are better than others, and I'm not keen on any with me in, but in general I'm pleased. My extra is Manda and Daniel  - it was their birthdays we were celebrating, and they should have been the main picture, but I did love the one of our kids together. Sorry Manda!
