Tales From The Riverbank

Not the most exciting photo in the world but I quite liked the mix of autumn themes - green, dying leaves on the tree, brown leaves on the ground and a ‘dam’ of fallen leaves on the water. Add in the late afternoon sun and the reflections of the fence, the trees above and a clear blue sky…

Besides it is pretty much the only shot I have taken all day. It does look nice in LARGE.

I started with a short walk for Finlay (no complaints from him today) then over to the studio to cut out some large squares of quilt wadding for the kits I am assembling. Back home to start putting stuff in boxes for the kits - and then Finlay came nudging for another walk - this is when I got my blip shot.

I shall be spending the rest of the evening boxing stuff up (and probably tomorrow as well)…..
