Leaves!

A good work out at the gym this morning with 1:1 coaching as I was the only one there over lunch time! 

We decided to go for a walk round the block this afternoon and chose the lovely Park Langley roads today. Some amazing houses to appreciate/ be amazed by! Lots of beautiful autumn colours too. The sun sets quickly once it has started though and I missed the best of it for photos. Also, it got really chilly! 

A quiet evening! 

I haven't heard from Gail at all today. I am sure she's been resting and recovering.
