Cadbury World

After quite a good night's sleep we were out by 10.30 to pick Dan up in Coventry. He was looking like he'd had a good night out with mates celebrating last night. What he really wanted to do was just go to bed (he'd got to his room at 6am!!) but I'd got tickets for Cadbury World - a 40 minute drive up the road!

Anyway, that's what we did. It was interesting, crowded and expensive, but an experience. We came away with a bit of chocolate and a compulsory tourist purchase, a badge for my camp blanket! This is Jon and I inside the oldy woldy set up of the original John Cadbury shop. Not really sure it was worth the money, but if we'd had small children it probably would have been better. Anyway, it was a way to spend the day.

Now I'm waiting for our Lidl curries to cook in the gas oven and hoping the plastic doesn't melt...
