Haweswater

The awful weather this morning made us swap activities over at the studio. We stayed in in the morning working on flower photography, The rain had eased off after lunch so we set off for our usual places in the Haweswater valley.

When we reached our vantage point the low cloud was quite amazing. It seemed to bring an eerie silence to the area. It made photography difficult as auto focus was useless for most shots.

Our student was delighted when he saw his shots on the laptop back at the studio. Mine were quite unlike any others I've taken in all our visits to this site.
