Race - update.

Stuck for inspiration, I went out to see how the supposed "Earlies" were doing it their 1st season here.
Not too brilliantly it seems, thus far. 
Way to their left is the first of my "Wendy's gold" starting to show face - themselves early.
In the centre, I superimposed a shot of the "Viridapice" (The left hand shot) from the front garden.
The pots on the right are the "earlies" with nary a flower visible - as yet.
Time will tell, we'll see next season when they're properly settled in acclimatised.

The extra is almost the brightest part of the day; it being the 3rd day, on the trot, I've emptied the rain gauge 0.5" - 0.5" - 0.4".
