Alnwick Castle

Saw my first snow today. Drove through a blizzard on the M6 as I travelled North. The journey across the A69 was very grey and wet so I didn't stop for any pictures.

Arrived in Alnwick, visiting a friend for a couple of days. Time to put the world to rights! I had a quick walk out this evening to take the Christmas lights but I'd only been out five minutes when it started to rain. I was determined to get a picture though so stayed out a little while before giving in.
