Ground Cardamom

Film night tonight, so we're off to our friends house as it is their turn to host.  The guests bring the sweet so Gill is making Mango Sheera which involves semolina, although I'm sure it won't remind anyone of dreadful school dinners.

My contribution was to grind the cardamom and clear away the failed* practice runs. 

The film is The Viceroy's House, hence the Indian themed food.  It has mixed reviews, but then being about such an emotive subject, I don't suppose it was ever going to please everyone?

*failed according to Gill's standards- which probably means most people would have eaten the result and said thank you :-)
