Goodmorning Snow

Dear Diary,

So far the power and internet are still on so I will get this view of the squirrel's hot tub posted.  We have 4-5 inches of very fine snow so far and the wind is blowing a bit.  It is only 5F but it seems, which is really strange, that it is changing to rain!  No ice build up yet, which can be really dangerous but we'll have to see where this all goes.  The upper level temperatures must be above freezing for a change to happen.  I wish it would stay snow!  The radar map shows rain south of us.  Anyway, the forecast is for the snow to get heavier as the day goes by and a total accumulation of about one foot.  Time to go out and clear off the feeding table and feed the squirrels.  They've already been looking in the back door to see where I am!
