Bonnywood

No troupes of brightly-attired Indian dancers, fresh out of Mumbai, sashaying across the countryside - no, this is Bonnywood, a relatively small stretch of woodland near Bonnybridge.

It was as far as I got on my walk today (and I had taken the bus down to Bonnybridge too) as I was still a bit weary after a fairly intense couple of days. Spent the morning just re-acquainting myself with my house and doing a bit of tidying up. Got a few things done on the computer too, before deciding I needed to get out and stretch my legs. (Some essential food shopping was also a good reason for going out.)

Although the weather was fine, and incredibly mild, the paths through Bonnywood were muddy - very muddy in places - which made progress rather slow. Thankfully I wasn't in any rush and I was quite happy to meander in search of the firmer ground, not that there was a lot of it around. I'll know better next time.

Shops, bus, home. Laze in front of the TV and that was Thursday.
