A day of sunshine and showers

Strange weather today, black skies and rain followed by sunshine. In between the showers I went out and photographed these daffodils, still with a few drops of rain on them.

A day of catching up with chores at home - ironing, walking Murdoch (and that was bracketed by stretching exercises for my tight glutes and sore knee - some improvement being felt now). I also went to the hairdresser for a much needed colour.

I hope the rain stays off as I am going up to London to meet Gavin after work to see the performance of  Cosi Fan Tutte - we have seen the opera before but of course each new production is quite different.
