More pavement work in Maidstone

Pretty much a regular Saturday. Walk into town for coffee and shopping. Lunch, then bit of cooking and varnishing in the afternoon.

Owing to the ongoing decorations we decided to go out for dinner this evening, ending up at the Shamrat for what turned out to be a very good Indian meal. It must be getting on for 20 years since we were last there.

The ongoing work to repave the main shopping streets in Maidstone continues apace. There’s an island of materials and equipment with people flowing around each side.
