Iceberg

And your dead easy German word of the day is "der Eisberg" (it's always a good idea to learn the article that goes with the noun, it makes being understood a lot easier).

Actually this isn't an Eisberg. You don't get many icebergs in the middle of cities. This was the frozen contents of a bucket of water. The water had collected a bit of colour from a rug that was out on the terrace and I thought it looked interesting enough with a torch to light it from behind. And I quite like the dark blue of the night sky as well.
