Today I made friends with a postie!

Sooooo today I have achieved something in the first four months of my life that the infamous MollyCollie didn't manage to achieve in a whole life time. Today I made friends with a postie!

MollyCollie hated posties. She hated them so much that even if she saw one on the other side of the road she would go absolutely ballistic. She would pull on her lead and do her most ferocious barking. Once when she was off her lead (and just outside the front door) a postie dared to come along our walkway and MollyCollie went mad. She went charging after the postie in 'killer collie' mode. To be honest if the postie hadn't been so scared, she would have realised that MollyCollie only got so far and then started backing away in 'ferocious barking killer collie mode'. But MollyCollie had a very loud bark when posties and skateboarders were about. Ann had visions of the PO getting in touch and saying they were not going to deliver any mail to the six houses along our walkway. Fortunately that never happened.

Anyway, as part of my socialisation programme Ann is trying to introduce me to as many different people and experiences as possible. We have a PO sorting office just around the corner so in the mornings I always see loads of posties setting off on their rounds. I'm a very sociable little puppy. I like everyone, so when we met this lovely postie this morning Ann asked if I could be Blipped with him.

I don't know why MollyCollie didn't like posties. This postie thought I was the cutest little puppy ever.

….............And do you know what?............................ I'm glad I've found something that I can do and MollyCollie couldn't. Ann doesn't mean too................................ but she's always comparing me to MollyCollie. Ann sooooooooo wishes she'd joined Blip in 2005 (Yes she knows BLIP wasn't around then) when she first got MollyCollie because the first year of MollyCollie's life would have just been a whole series of 'disaster' photos. In comparison, I'm a little superstar. Ann's words, not mine!

PS – Ann hasn't even had me for four weeks yet and she couldn't imagine life without me. Yay!
