Teesdale

A trip to see mother in law today, but things were slight different to normal. After her stay in hospital last week, she came home without her toiletries...unfortunately her mobile phone was in the bag with all the stuff.

So we had to make the drive over the hills of Weardale and Teesdale to go and collect them...she didn’t want to make the journey, so we went on our own and had lunch in the Durham Dales Centre in Stanhope and the had a little walk about the town.

It was extreme windy on the hills - difficult to stand upright. Not easy keeping a camera still either!

Stopped to photograph a little stream, a barn (extra 1) and a waterfall going upwards (extra 2).

Got home to carnage in our lounge - two of the dogs (Finlay and Fudge) had destroyed a cushion....who knew an 18” cushion pad contained so much stuffing….(extra 3)
