Seagull

This chap wasn't on the sea shore, but in the Botanical Gardens this afternoon.  
I had to take a trip to the supermarket, and cruised through the Botanical Gardens on the way home.
I was looking for something to blip in the flower beds, but quite honestly I couldn't be bothered getting out of the car to photograph any.  But, on cue this fellow and lots of his mates were hanging about so a couple of quick snaps and blip done.
Once seen on the computer screen I rather liked him, and added to that I liked the lines and angles against the murky pond water.

I had to go out this morning but recorded the memorial service held in Christchurch .... I will watch it tomorrow. Two weeks have passed.
