David headed off to play golf with Kenny, Keith and Steven.  

Linda came to cut my hair and I bit the bullet and asked her to cut it shorter than I normally go.  I'm really pleased with it.  Much tidier.

Had a very quick lunch (with this view of Lola under the table resting her head on my tummy, I suspect hoping for bits of stray food to fall from my mouth!!!) then I spent the rest of the afternoon in the study working on clearing everything off my laptop in preparation for Peter arriving tomorrow, when we will have a go at getting it working properly again.

I am very excited at the prospect of having a lap top the takes less than an hour to compete one task!
