Light On Leaves

It was sunny (but flipping freezing) when PD and I left the house this morning so I was hoping to get lots of rain soaked leaves and water droplets after all the rain yesterday and through the night.

There were some droplets, but not as many or impressive as I would have liked - so it was down to the sunlight shining through the new leaves (there are another 8 shots after the link).

This afternoon I made a couple of 'thin, pointy (but not sharp) sticks' for one of the women in the craft association who makes stuffed 'memory' animals (made from an item of clothing from a loved one).

SWMBO took herself off to bed to try and clear a headache before going out to a fundraising event this evening.
Unfortunately, it has not cleared and she is away back to bed and missing her night out.
For 'global warming', we are having one hell of a time of it. The weather forecast for tonight is for it to be touching freezing point.
