Rugby Winners

All weary this morning, but BB had rugby – the final of the East Lothian school 7’s tournament.  It was bright and sunny, but even though I wore multiple layers and packed extra, plus an extra scarf, hat and gloves – after last week’s conditions, I was taking no chances.  BB’s team played amazingly well and walked off with a trophy.  What a great way to end the season – a season of bringing a new team together which has had its ups and downs, but they got it all together for the last games of the season.

BB took a few knocks again, but he seems fine.  We were all starving by the time we got home, so TT knocked up some post-rugby breakfast rolls.  TT then spent the afternoon in the garden.  I pottered and went for a  wee walk to feed my Fitbit and BB chilled as he was exhausted.

Later BB lit the barbie and we cooked tea.

It has to be a blip of the rugby boys!  Here they are going up to presented with their silverware. Well done to them all.
