Fore Street Poppies

We've had a day of housework. Well you have to now and again, don't you. We walked down to the polling station although I can't think that it's anything but a complete waste of time. I suppose I still have a faint hope that the country will come to its senses.

It was lovely and warm and sunny and it was lovely to see these poppies waving in the light breeze on the high pavement.
