Pool Party!!!!

Today our youngest granddaughter, Isabella, is 4, and her elder sister Olivia, will be 6 on Monday, so they had a joint birthday party today!

All the children brought their swimwear and played on the inflatables, slides and paddling pools...despite their not being any sunshine, it was just about warm enough!!

The trampoline and bubble machine were very popular too!

Middle son, DiL, with a little help from the girls other Grandma, made two terrific cakes, and my did they taste good!!!

It had to be a collage today, Isabella, Olivia, the whole kit and caboodle, then those cakes eith son and DiL :-)

Despite hubs headache we did manage to stay the distance, dropping daughter and granddaughter Emily off on our way back.

A quick griddled curried chicken breast, with rogan josh sauce and rice for dinner tonight before we settle down to watch a movie, for a change.
