Blue Rinse

Having finally finished that kitchen malarkey, a stretch of the legs and clearing of the head was called for - and where better than a stroll round the Botanics. And the Meconopsis was looking very striking. 
Later, enthused, I watched a Botany program on BBC4 - Botany: A Blooming History. I’m all refreshed and knowledgeable-like for my trip to Kew in a couple of weeks. 
And then those EU Election results started rolling in. There’s a silver lining in there somewhere, I’m sure. Well, Jezza probably thinks so.
