High Street, Shrewsbury

This morning I went to Shrewsbury with F. He hates clothes shopping so does it as rarely as he can get away with. His waterproof coat purchased in Oban years ago is on its last legs and his walking boots needed replacing too and holidays loom next week.

I went along for retail support. We went into Millets where he bought two coats (!) in their sale and a pair of boots too. Then into a cafe for something to eat before catching the bus home.

Today is the first rainy day for ages and the photo is a couple of the beautiful buildings in High Street.
