Great tits

This morning I headed to Pennington Flash, but when I arrived the car park was completely full as there was some sort of a race going on, so I just did an about turn and left immediately. I thought I'd see something to blip at Spike island, but nothing took my attention so I came home. 
This great tit and young were having a meal on top of my bird table, so in the absence of a better shot, this is my blip today. 

Parents, brother and daughter came round for a meal for Father's Day. Everyone seemed to enjoy it, so I guess it was a success :)
