Today the generator of the gasturbine of the combi unit was undergoing a small inspection.
See this one.
What can be seen: the end cover is taken off and is hanging in the overhead crane.
The perspex cover of the exciter with the carbon brushes has been taken off.
In the generator a part of the stator (brown-red colored) can be seen and last but not least you can see the ventilator which divides the cooling air through the generator.
