Strawberries and Skyr

My Felixstowe friends went on a beach safari this morning before they joined me and two other cyclists for lunch at the local Malaysian restaurant.then it was back to the Dower House to sit outside (at a very dirty table!) on the patio in the sun to have a dessert of Strawberries and Skyr washed down with a cheeky little white wine.

As is usual in a company of cyclists the conversation was all about bikes, road, racing, mountain or vintage, the gearing on them and the different pedals and cleats available. The two ‘B’ words didn’t even get a look in.

Since no one wanted to have their photo uploaded to the Internet, I am reduced to selecting a part of one with just a hand for identification.
It was another very enjoyable afternoon.
