Field Mouse

I left my house at 8:50 this morning and did not arrive at the hotel in Paderborn until 18:10. You'd think it was half way around the world, not just a short hop into Europe! 

After unpacking and a short catnap, I went for a walk around the Padersee, which is a small lake not too far from the hotel. Not so much to see to be honest, and I was a little disappointed, but on the way back I noticed this little mouse in the grass. Not so easy to get close to, but good enough for today I think.
