Roses in the wild area.

Today's picture is of some miniature roses which are growing in one of the deliberately left wild areas that we have in the garden. They are past their best, but still worth recording.

Last night I saw a fox cub just outside the back door. It was clearly old enough to venture out on its own although it was quite small. It was gone before I could take a picture of it. It is the first fox cub I have ever seen although we often see adult foxes in the garden.

Cooler today with the GMT noon temperature only seventeen degrees Celsius.
