Coal Tit Today

I did some flower shots but just had to come back to the birds again! There are so many and I was so pleased at getting this coal tit eating the berberis berries.

The Man and The Bro-in-Law went off for the day to meet a cousin on holiday from Italy so i went to clean the lodge on my own. It can't have tired me out as much as I thought as in the evening I declared I was going to start my Couch to 5K again. I completed it last year but have not done any running since so i thought I would try and get fit again.

I surprised myself by managing the first session easier than last year!
