I was thinking about waiting for sunset - as we have some clouds in the sky!!!! So the sunset could be amazing, BUT I like this picture so much.

This is the every morning event that happens early on the beach. The primera linea (de playa) is taken by seniors. They come early as we do, set their chairs and parasols and start enjoying la vida fresca. I love it!  By the time we leave the whole beachfront is filled with seniors. Early bird, right!

I have no idea how long they stay at the beach. If you go there during the afternoon, the whole crown has changed totally. It's mostly young adults and families with kids.

But the morning is the only time for me during this heat. I manage to feel refreshed for about 15 minutes longer than during the afternoon.

Today has been a HOT day. In the morning the humidity was at 97%! It's been "feels like 35°C" today. Tomorrow is going to be even hotter. We will be on yellow alert from noon. Wind will change to poniente and come from inland and the heat will be dryer. So 35°C will be 35°C tomorrow. It's just not so humid.

From Sunday it will be slightly cooler and we will return to more normal 30°C.

It's really hard to drink as much as you should. Really hard!

I dread that August is so close. It's the WORST month here. Honestly. It's the hottest and crowdiest. Our village is normally about 10 000 people. From mid July and August we have about 40 000 people here and it's just growing. Could be more this year as they have build more houses and apartments. And next year they will open a new (only one) hotel and then after that they'll build another one.

So more people, hot weather, no parking places, no room anywhere, noise pollution, ignorant people all around partying and not giving a damn that this is a residential area and not Ibiza party zone. So... worst is yet to come.
