This is my replacement ‘Champagne Moment’ rose just coming into flower. It was replaced by David Austin and the first one appeared to be dying. It has to be said that the original has gone on to flower this summer but we have this one in a pot for now. It is what I consider to be my ‘Eda’ rose as I bought it to celebrate her birth.
We had a lovely 5 mile walk this morning which took in the moor. Lots of colour up there too, the heather is now flowering well and there are lots of Rose Bay Willow Herbs too. The Rowan trees are also in berry.
It’s Friday again, enjoy your weekend!
